How to enter items into inventory

  • Once you have registered, created an account, & selected your consigner #, that's when the fun begins. I'm a visual learner; I need to see it before I get it. For all you visual learners these step-by-step instructions will be very helpful.

 Select "My Homepage"

  • Then select "Menu" in the upper left corner

  • In the drop-down menu, select "Work with Consigned Inventory" this is also where you go edit and delete items if & when needed.

  • At the next screen select "Add Items"

  • Choose whichever option you are working with, Mobile version, PC/Laptop Version or Mobile Voice Entry.  If you have multiple of the exact same item, choose "Mobile Version" because there is a quantity section.  You can just enter "5" & it automatically creates 5 separate tags. With the "Mobile Voice Entry" you would have to enter the same item 5 different times.

  • At the next screen select "Add New Item"

  • There is a down arrow to the left of Category & Sizes.  When you tap on it, a list of options will appear.  PSA the sizes are in numerical order according to the first number.  Size 20 is in between 2 and 24 months.  The sizes are there but it'll take some getting used to.   Meaning with infant clothes you have to scroll all the way down to find 9 months.  For the record, I have no control over this, sorry.

  • You will then enter a brief but detailed item description.  If the tag comes off, we want to be able to match it back to the item. Helpful Hints so you get the most out of you 2 description boxes. Use abbreviations NWT New With Tags, NWOT New Without Tags, L/S Long Sleeve, S/S Short Sleeve, 2 pc-2 pieces, Blk Black.  If you have a Boutique item put BOUTIQUE in the descriptions.  After your tags are printed, I go back & highlight BOUTIQUE.  This will help when places item in the appropriate section at drop off.

  • Price your items to sell! Lowest price $1.00 w/ $.50 increment increases

  • Enter the quantity up to 10 of the exact item.

  • The discount box on the left is what you check if you want it sold 50% off on the last day of the sale

  • The donate box on the left is what you check if you do NOT want your unsold items back at the end of the sale. You can choose which items to donate.  Whether it be 2, 10, or ALL. You can choose to donate as little or as much as you want.

  • Tap SUBMIT. ****You have just created your 1st tag!!!!****

  • Repeat these steps until you have created tags for all your items

  • After you have entered your items, it's time to print - CARDSTOCK ONLY- White is preferred

  • Refer to the 4th picture above & you will see "Print Tags"

  • Refer to the 6th picture above & you will see "Print Tags" again.  Check the box beside Generate in PDF

  • After you select "Print Tags" a Drop-down with 5 options will appear.  Select the one you need.  It will only be one of the top 3.

  • Now PRINT!!!!

  • 6 tags are printed on each sheet of cardstock. They will need to be cut.  In the beginning it may be easier to entry 6 or 12 items, then print those, place them on your item.  It won't be so overwhelming, you can get a rhythm that works for you, get a feel of how it works.

  • It may seem like a lot, but it really isn't once you do it a couple of times. You'll be a pro in no time.

  • PLEASE, if you need help, call me.  When I started doing consignment sales I struggled in silence, which almost made me give up.  Trust me, I understand.  I want this to be a great experience.  Reach out, I promise I do NOT mind.
