Clothing sized 4T and above must be on WIRE hangers. You may use plastic kid hangers on clothes 3T and smaller. When placing clothes on a hanger, the open part of the hanger should be on the left. Think of a question mark. "?" Secure items on the hanger with safety pins, if necessary. Items that are not hung properly will not be sold.

When it comes to consigning, organization is key. It makes everyone's job easier, especially yours. Before you start tagging sort items by size & gender. Several reasons for this. The 1st one you'll notice as you are entering your items to be tagged. The tagging system saves your last entry. So, if you have 7 items that are 2T, that's one less step you have to make in the tagging process. Trust me, this will all make sense later and you'll be glad you listened.

Now it's time to start tagging.
We accept barcode and handwritten tags.

Once your tags have been created in the system (or by hand) and printed place them on the upper right-hand corner of the item, unless it is a large item. The larger item tags will be place on a "Large item tag" when dropping off items. Be sure to bring those tags with you.

Have you scheduled your Drop-off time?? You must have a Drop-off time!! See above.
Your items will be inspected at Drop-Off (no stains, holes, smoke/animal smell, etc.) Great Conditions items is what people want. They want to buy with confidence, knowing they got an unbelievable deal. If it looks great & works properly, they is no 2nd guessing & talking themselves out of buying it.
There will be hanging, rolling racks for you to place your clothing items on. ALL clothing items MUST sorted by size and gender before inspections begins. 2nd reason organization is key. It speeds up the Drop-off process. There will be a separate area for all non-clothing items to be inspected. Any toy, game, baby item, etc. requiring batteries must have working batteries. If not, the item will not be placed in the sale. We will not have batteries for you.

After your items have passed inspection, you are responsible for hanging your clothes on the racks. 3rd reason organization is key. The clothing racks are separated by gender & each gender by size. You can easily push your rolling rack down each isle, look at the signs for the sizes you have, then hang your items accordingly. You are not responsible for placing non clothing items. We will do that to ensure items are in the correct section. YOU ARE DONE. Time to go home relax and count your money.
**Don't forget your Pre-Sale Pass during Drop-Off. It allows you plus 1 guest to shop before we open our doors to the public.

After the Sale:
The sale ends at 3 p.m. on Saturday March 1st. We promptly begin the sorting process. All the items that did not sell get sorted & returned to consignor, unless you choose to donate. When you are creating your tags, there is a Donate option. If you do not want your unsold items returned to you, please check the Donate box on your tags. Depending on the # of Consigners, how many items each Consigner has, and the amount of people who work the SORT shift, this process can take 5-7 hours. The more people who work SORT the less time it takes. Everyone who works SORT will be given their check at the end of the shift & can take your remaining items home with you. No reason to come back the next day. Otherwise, your check will be mailed out to you no later than March 15th.
